Our Team
Rob has been practicing law in the Wausau area for over 35 years. He attended the University of Illinois, Champaign and obtained his BA degree in political science and philosophy in 1988. He graduated from Marquette University school of Law with a Juris Doctorate law degree in 1991, and he began his career as an associate attorney at a local Wausau law firm in 1991. Rob is board-certified as both a Civil Trial Specialist and a Social Security Disability specialist.

He is a proud member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys (WAWCA), American Association for Justice (AAJ), Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ), and the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).
Rob and his wife Jeni have four children. Rob also enjoys camping, curling, snowmobiling, fishing, and golfing.
Kelly has worked with Rob since 1998 as a legal assistant with expertise in the areas of workers' compensation, social security, and personal injury. Her long tenure, resilience, attention to detail, and leadership is the "glue" that holds the office together.
Kelly was born and raised in Wausau, Wisconsin. She obtained her AS Degree from the University Wisconsin Marathon County. She lives in the Wausau area with her boyfriend and their blended family, along with their dog, 4 cats and 5 chickens. Kelly's interests include watching her daughter compete in gymnastics and the kids soccer games, going for 4-wheeler rides, and watching football.

Melissa joined Gray Law Firm in 2019. She previously spent many years as a legal assistant for another prominent personal injury and workers' compensation firm. Those years of experience, along with her calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and positive attitude have been a huge asset to the office and our clients.
Melissa lives in the Wausau area with her husband, two children, and many pets. She enjoys fostering dogs, traveling, cooking, and volunteering with her church and children’s school.
