Rob has been practicing law in the Wausau area for over 25 years. He attended the University of Illinois, Champaign and obtained his BA degree in political science and philosophy in 1988. He graduated from Marquette University school of Law with a Juris Doctorate law degree in 1991, and he began his career as an associate attorney at a local Wausau law firm in 1991.
Rob is board-certified as both a Civil Trial Specialist and a Social Security Disability specialist. He has tried over 500 cases in courts of various jurisdictions. Rob is well respected by his peers and judges throughout the state of Wisconsin. He regularly holds seminars and lectures to help educate and train healthcare and insurance professionals to better understand the legal process as well as the human side of unexpected injuries and disabilities that his clients experience.
He is a proud member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys (WAWCA), American Association for Justice (AAJ), Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ), and the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).
Rob and his wife Jeni have four children: Colton-a student at UW-Milwaukee, Parker-a chef and incredible musician, Auston - a high school senior who is active in sports and DECA, and Landon-a third-grader who aspires to play professional soccer.
Rob and Jeni love riding their Harleys. Rob also enjoys camping, curling, snowmobiling, fishing, and golfing. In his "free" time he coaches baseball and soccer.
